02 OldMutual – Digital CVP

Conducted in the republic of Kenya. The study targeted people with internet access and used digital banking tools like bank applications and USSD banking in their day to day finance.

Objective

To determine what digital banking customers do in their normal digital interactions and how such user interaction relates to their use of banking applications.

To determine trust in digital systems and identify what users are/not willing to do using digital interfaces.

Determine whether or not users find value in such digital provisions from the bankers.

Project Methodology: 

Mobile CAWI with F2F recruitment. A team of field interviewers screened and recruited and interviewed hundreds of target participants using an online questionnaire  in the streets of Nairobi, Kenya. With real-time data submission to client who opted to do in-house analysis of their data.
