If you have spoken to Afrovas, Charles was probably in communication somehow. This is because he is in charge of all client liaison activity at Afrovas. From Business Development, Marketing and Research Coordination.
A very cultured manager and an unorthodox thinker, Charles has been able to oversee the successful completion of 0.2 Million+ interviews and managed research projects in over 28 African States . He is a member of ESOMAR & MSRA Kenya.
If he is a way from computer and phone, he is probably spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, or catching a movie.
Winnie C Rotich
Position: Project Coordinator
With over 4yrs of working Experience, Winnie has been responsible for the success of many multi-country research projects in Africa. With experience-based functional skills such as data analysis and interpretation, project management and research design. Some of the industries she has worked with include luxury cars, mosquito repellents, and Beer and Electrical appliances to mention a few. Winnie holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from Egerton University aside from which she has received specialized training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis and Market Research. Before joining Afrovas Winnie worked in the manufacturing industry.
Harrison M Kioko
Position: Field Manager
A graduate of Applied Statistics, Harrison is a very warm, resourceful and innovative field Manager. He directly Manages research fieldwork both in Kenya and its surrounding East African markets. Since Joining Afrovas in 2016, he has proven himself to be an efficient asset by successfully managing field projects from training of interviewers, briefing of moderators down to the point where data files are submitted for analysis. Among others he has run financial surveys for fortune 500 companies, social General population studies as well as exploratory research for Pharma firms in the animal vaccines space. His previous role was with the Ministry of Interior & Coordination of National Government – Kenya.
Mercy W Kimani
Position: Market Insight
Mercy has two years’ experience in data analysis, market, Social and Health care research in both corporate and not for profit organisations, with her core strength being coordination and harmonisation of processes as well as business development. She has worked for notable companies such as KENGEN, COSEKE Ltd, TecnoServe and Research solutions Africa. At Afrovas she supports the marketing and research teams to provide insight to enable a broad understanding of the commercial market. She is the guardian of all research and insight initiatives and delivers recommendations for additional revenue driving, services and market opportunities. Mercy is a B.Sc. Applied statistics with computing graduate.
Dolphine A. Ogutu
Position: Financial Controller
With 5 years working experience, Dolphine spent the first few years of her career working as a research assistant with organizations like Nielsen and JICA before transferring her focus to finance and becoming a Certified Public Accountant
She currently manages finantial affairs at Afrovas. Dolphine is a certified member of ICPAK
On the other side Dolphine is a people person and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Position: Research Executive – West Africa
Base: Lagos – Nigeria
Coordinating smoothly with the team in Kenya, Kingsley is our foot on the ground when it comes to west African operations. With extensive experience managing research in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and Niger among other 8 West African nations.
Kingsley graduated from Lagos State University with a BSc in Educational Statistics and Research Methods.
Kingsley has a keen interest in politics and global news. Spends most of his personal time catching up with various political developments and exchanging ideas at various youth political conferences. He is a very good reader and an African Chess player.
